they/them
MS, BA in Phychology & Music
Licensed Occupational Therapist since 2018
Certified Massage Therapist since 2024
Jey is a queer, gender-nonconforming, trauma-informed massage therapist. Being part of the trans community, Jey is especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA2S+ folx. Their dream is to create an intentional and safe space for queers to access bodywork in Duluth. This means accommodations will be made to support individuals’ neurodiverse needs and trans clients will be draped in a way that feels respectful and gender-affirming.
Their work centers around the belief that each person is their own best healer and the desire to empower clients to curate their wellness. They augment clients’ self-care skills and body awareness by providing education and resources alongside high-quality massage.
Jey graduated from the Lake Superior College massage therapy program with 780 hours of in-class instruction and 113 hours of supervised clinical practice. In addition to holding a massage therapy diploma, Jey has a masters of science in occupational therapy and a bachelor of arts degree with a major in psychology and a minor in music.
